FAQs
Can I cancel before the 6 months are up?Yes, though if you cancel during the commitment period, you will be responsible for the difference in any services you used at a discounted rate. Please give us 48 hours notice before the end of a billing period.
Are labs included?Yes—one lab draw & review is included in the Wellness Membership. Annual updates are required. Additional lab draws beyond what’s included incur a separate fee (e.g. $150).
What if I miss or need to reschedule an appointment?We understand life happens. Non-refundable fees apply for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance (typically $100). Be sure to let us know ahead if you need to reschedule.
Do membership perks stack with other promotions?Membership perks may not combine with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Are virtual check-ups part of the membership?Yes — regular telehealth/virtual check-ins are included. Additional virtual visits outside what is provided in your plan may carry a discounted nominal fee.
